COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Win a ‘Thrustmaster Wheel and Pedal Setup’
1. This competition is open to UK (and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter, and its group affiliated companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this competition.
2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted and all entries must be made via the entry form (email) at https://www.michelin.co.uk/michelin-month-in-motion along with posting a qualifying screenshot photo taken from Gran Turismo 7 (GT 7) race software. Screenshot photos and entry forms that are incomplete, modified or illegible will not be included in the draw.
3. The prize is a ‘Thrustmaster Wheel and Pedal Setup’ with a RRP of £699.99. The opening date for entries is 1st December 2023. The closing date for entries is midnight 31st December 2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. By submitting a competition entry (email), entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
5. To be entered into the prize draw, contestants must complete a lap time on GT 7 for the Goodwood circuit, in the Porsche 911 RSR (991) 2017, quicker than the benchmark time of 1 minute, 10 .578 seconds and post a screenshot photo of the time set, along with their email entry and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The car and track must be used in the standard configuration i.e. no tune applied to the car.
6. To enter the competition you must complete the following three steps:
(a) register for access to the MMIM, https://www.michelin.co.uk/michelin-month-in-motion-registration
(b) complete the competition entry by submitting your email and accept the Terms and Conditions  
(c) follow @MichelinUK on Instagram and post the qualifying screenshot photo with #MMiMGT7 by the closing date of midnight 31st December 2023.
7. The competition entries will be checked by Michelin or its agents. The winner will be randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected on or before January 31st 2024 and the winner will be notified by telephone or email.
8. The prize must be redeemed by the winner. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in competition entries. Entrants agree that the Promoter may make entries available on its website and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. Entrants grant the Promoter a licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish and copy the competition entry for such purposes (together with any other actions the Promoter thinks appropriate).
11.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Michelin Tyre PLC and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Michelin Privacy Policy.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice set out below.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final.
17.  These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Personal data collected for the purpose of administering the competition is being collected directly by Michelin as a Data Processor.  Such data processing is being carried out solely to administer the competition prize. The Promoter will process claimants’ data based on the Competition’s terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants’ information for 3 months after the end of the Competition.
